Abby Caviston is the Labor Center’s Administrative Services Specialist. In this role, Abby coordinates conference logistics, communications, accounting, and office administration in support of the Labor Center’s programming. Abby is a University of Iowa alum with a degree in English and a background in editing. Before joining the Labor Center, they worked in a similar role at University of Iowa Healthcare supporting the unit’s communications, travel logistics, accounting, and conference needs. In their free time, Abby enjoys writing, crafting, bouldering with friends, and spending time with their cat, Nelly.
